1. They never open on time. Their operating hours state that they open at 9am and they always open 15 minutes past that. Even when customers have showed up early, they do not open. 2. I’ve tried to get vaccinated at the Clicks here at Jubilee and the first time, I was told that the nurse had not arrived. I had booked online and I was given an excuse. 3. As I write this review, I am currently waiting outside to get my second dose. They have closed the shop due to load shedding and have offered no information as to whether or not those who came to get vaccinated will be allowed to do so. I fail to understand why precautions have not been put in place in the case of load shedding as I am eager to be fully vaccinated and get this over with. Their lack of initiative is incredibly disheartening and their customer service is just poor on their part.
Horrible staff attitude and service. Booked a covid vaccine with sms confirmation and all. Pitched up for the correct time. Nurse said we can wait an hour, she is going on lunch. Useless
Their staff doesn't know what is on their shelves. I made call and they said Entiro probiotics drops were available yet they never had them.
Bad service ever people stand on the line for more than 1 hour. Assistant pharmacies are busy with their own things.
I will never come to this store again, I have been on the que for over 95 minutes. The ticket system at pharmacy is the poorest
The atmosphere is relaxed and uplifting and service is on point. Thanks for excellent food, sure to revisit soon.
