I received fantastic service from Sipho! What a STAR. What great customer service, professional, even gave me his personal cell number so that I always dealt with him. Absolutely dishonest. The 3 for 2 specials don't apply to all items that the special states, placing non-special items amongst the special items of the same brand with no indication and refusing to correct their blatant dishonesty.
have a script i have been trying to cancel, have not collected it for 4 months, yet my medical aid is charged every month. Again this morning when I try to cancel I get told phone back later, there is no one that can help you now.
Great pharmacist!! The tellers at paypoints leaves much to be desired. Always short of staff at the paypoints and the staff seem unfriendly most of the time.
Unorganised queue at pharmacy. Store was very hot inside, felt like heaters were on.
