Need to call the Clicks Clinic? Don't bother, they will immediately hang up on you without even speaking. Tried 5 times and same result. Absolutely useless
The service today was impeccable. Came for my first virtual consultation the pharmacist and nurse helping were super super friendly and helpful and extremely warm
We called and spoke to Thembeka. She was really helpful, friendly and professional. We went in to take the flu shot and booster shot. The whole experience was a wonderful one. I am really impressed by the service delivery at this branch and really commend Thembeka, the sister and the admin lady as well. Well done to you all. We will definitely be back
Very disappointed. What is the point of selecting collections ticket if it won’t even be recognised. I was here before the 5 people that were attended to. I’ve never been this annoyed.
Took my first vaccine here. The head pharmacist is absolutely rude and treats people so badly. There was a long queue and she shouted at the security guard who brought a chair for an elderly lady to sit. Absolutely unpleasant experience. I know doctors who dont behave like her.
This review is for the clinic situated at the Pharmacy and not for the Clicks store in general. I made an appointment at the Clinic for a Vitality Health Check 2 days in advance, but when I arrived for my appointment I was told that Sr. Lebo Cindi had not come in to work today because she did not have any appointments. So she had lied to her co-workers in order to take a long weekend. Once again I would like to say that the staff at the Pharmacy were very friendly and accommodating in keeping me calm and I thank you all for that. So if you are going to the pharmacy then you are in safe hands, just avoid the clinic at all costs.
Worst service ever! Definitely not going back here and obviously telling my family and friends about my horrible experience. So I went in today to get something in an emergency from the pharmacy very close to their closing time and the pharmacist was so rude,she was full of attitude and unhelpful! DO NOT GO HERE THEY'RE HEARTLESS
They couldn't help me with an online faulty purchase they made me wait for 30 minutes and told me some documents are missing. The lady that was serving me was bit rude!!! I went to Sunninghill chilly lane Clicks they helped me less than 5 minutes they were very kind, what they asked me at Rivonia Clicks at Chilly Lane Clicks said it was unnecessary as the whole information was on the invoice and needed the credit card only...
I was there around 12pm today. I felt like I was with my aunts the ladies in the store were so concerned for my health and did their utmost best to assist me. But really with genuine and sincere care. Even left packing shelves to come ask what's wrong with her how can we help her. It was like I was with my own aunts. Also Lebo Cindi the nurse, awesome. I take everyone to her. She's like a friend you can consult her on anything. There's no limits. Honestly in 2018 there are people who care so much for a stranger. I was always wait till I can get to this clicks store should I need anything
