Incredibly poor service at the pharmacy with only 2 counters open and many people waiting to be served. Extremely long waiting time and then staff still step away from the counters and disappear in the back room leaving many people still waiting to be assisted.
The slowest service I have ever experienced, the pharmacy staff gather in the back room and chat, carry-on with whatever they feel like. They literally don't care how long the que's are. I've have been there at different times of the day but their attitude is exactly the same. One of the pharmacy girls pulls her mask down, picks her nose and breaths over the medicine she is dispensing to the patients. Totally unacceptable
I phoned to see if they are open during load shedding I'm told they are open I then drive to the store, as I try open the closed doors I realized it's locked and all the staff inside laugh at me so I'm glad I wasted my time to give them a good laugh

The assistant manager, Mr. Biyela at this clicks is rude and inconsiderate to their customers.I ordered something online to be delivered at this branch and the was something wrong with the order. Their assistant manger instead of helping instead he dismissed my complains and said I should rather fetch my order in Newcastle. Such a disappointment for the Clicks brand.
Shop's got a lot of stuff and is very useful for finding unusual stuff. Staff at the tills are very nice and helpful. Prices are pretty good for most things. As is the norm for Clicks the aisles are very narrow so it's a battle to get around the shop if it is crowded. Also having batteries and stuff in the checkout area is really dumb, as you can't look at them with a queue of people pushing you from behind.
The pharmacy is the worst service we have now experienced for 2 years. They don't seem to be willing to assist the customers that have now queued up to the entrance.
