Clicks Chris Hani is very incompetent. I went to them to request for medication prescribed by the doctor, they told me to email my script so they can be able to order from the supplier and I can come pick it up the following day. I emailed the script on Thursday early morning, with the hope that I will be able to pick up the meds on Friday morning. I called Friday midday to ask if I can come collect my meds as I have done as instructed and they told me that they were only checking the emails now and only seeing my email when I called. Now I am without medication because they did not do their work and checked their emails. That is very unacceptable and disappointing. So much incompetency is really uncalled for. Please do your work, deliver on your promises and communicate timely to customers.

Undeniably the clicks with the friendliest and most helpful staff, everytime i go there and there's a special the tellers are always helpful to let me know how to match items to benefit from specials and the best part is that they go to the alleys to fetch the items for me. To the tellers and everyone helping in the store, Keep up the good work
Disgusting service,today i called 6 times just to find out if they have a doctor but all they did was to answer the call then dial numbers then hangups,and some point they answer then putted the phone on the side an continue charting
I do not understand how one can be made to stand in a long line as everyone who is going to shop when you are just collecting a click and collect item and it’s already been paid for. The male at the door spraying sanitizer is rude and not helpful at all I had to leave without my parcel because the line was very slow as well, worst service!!!
Its for the 3rd time i see this shop closing before 18:00 the last time i asked the security guard she couldn't give me a straight answer why are they closing befire time tdy i stood at the door at 17:48 they closed the door i knocked so she can open she ignored me then eventually after a few minutes she i left took the managers number tried calling him when i got the car he didn't respond im shocked at such ftom click im such a loyal client and all clocks stores are very consistent chrishani mall is the only store with such i am shocked and annoyed

This shop is small and always full, no safe distance maintained, people wait for too long.
They didn't answer my call. I didn't receive the help I needed.
