JASON MINNIE!!! You are an angel. Got some antibiotics for my baby today, not thinking it'll be more than R100.. I was greeted by jason, so very friendly and extremely helpful. Turns out I did not have enough for the medication , Jason then gave me the rest with a smile... Thank you so very much!!!
Tried calling today, waited for 8 minutes to speak to dispensary, no answer. In spite of request 12 days ago NOT TO PRE-PACK my monthly medication, because I am in Cape Town at the moment, I received a message that my script is ready to be picked up. Will NOT EVER make use of this pharmacy again once my 6month script is finished. Disgusted with the level of customer non service.

Lots of new faces but such friendly staff. What a delight to be assistant there. Keep up the amazing work
I find the Pharmacists knowlegable and helpful. The shop is clean and well stocked. Paying at this shop is a nightmare! Multiple paypoints but usually only one is manned. If they could resolve this all would be good. In the meantime, I would rather support a smaller pharmacy as I get to do my business and leave and I dont have to stand waiting for 15 minutes to give a shop my money.
Trying to get a price on prescribed medicine today. 4 times I've been cut off. The fifth time I asked to speak to the manager, spoke to Jane Zanele, and low and behold was cut off again. Very rude and incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would
Pharmacy service is good although the wait is sometimes long when it gets busy. Up to 20 mins especially around 5oclock. General stock selection is brilliant. From hair care, make up and other toiletries.
Waited 40 minutes to be helped just to hear that my medication is out of stock. Not the first time that this has happened. Then at the checkout counter there was only 1 cashier. Going back to supporting the smaller local pharmacies
Dont bother making a clinic appointment online, the nurse on duty does not adhere to the schedule and refused to assist us and ask us to wait outside while helping walk-in clients
