I called to arrange delivery of meds to my daughter working on site at a company not too far from the Boulders Shopping Centre. The driver was not going to be available for some time, so the Staff Member who assisted me took it upon herself to deliver the meds using her own car!! Thank you for going above and beyond - firstly in assisting me so efficiently telephonically, and then in getting meds to my daughter as soon as possible! Eternally grateful!
One of the better Clicks experience. On site clinic with friendly staff. Well stocked. Clean and neat store, well managed. Situated in a small shopping center. Easy access. Busy area.
I had a terrible tooth ache. Got a doctors discription emailed to me. Called the Clicks boulders in Midrnad was told to print the priscription. When I got ther I was made to wait for a whole 1hour just for antibiotics that costs R30.00 or even less. they still wanted me to email them from the original email, which I did. Instead of helping me they procreded with helping other people. Mind you this si my lunch hour and I am in pain. I gave them my dr card, invoice and still asked them to call the dentist. The lady comes back with no apology of keeping me waiting, left hanging on top of that embarrasing me infront of other customers victimised me as if I stole the priscription from somewhere, she comes back telling me I have to wait for the Dr to email them the prescription. That for me was just rude and corrupt, and unprofessional. Please up your service. Cause with such employees that specific clics will go down. I am disgusted by this thats specific clics customer service. Its terrible.Not happy at all
I thought franchises had a certain standard to uphold. This Clicks is the pits, service is so slow the queues are extremely long. I had to wait 20 minutes while the pharmacist was looking for my medication, and I was in extreme pain. I would not recommend. Really exasperating
Poor service ever, always slow...They dont know how to treat people, my 7 years child told me that she hates that chemist because they once said to her grandma to sit down, she told me that my mom was number first in the queue and they made her number 5. i then asked my mother if the child was telling the truth and my mom confirmed that yes 5 more people came and they helped all of the before they can help her, they told her that those people came for collection of which i dont get it. Why didnt they help one from collection and one with prescription, and those people took long at the counter. My mom spent two hours in the queue. i also went there the other time and spent 1 hour, will never use that clicks again.
Pharmacists like Ammie Moodley are giving Clicks a bad name. She charged my medical aid for tablets she didn't even give to me and still didn't give me an invoice and she also has a stinking attitude towards patients, I was also victim to this. If she can't respect patients why is she even working there
They actually deserve a zero. Poor customer service. mostly cashiers, they need training on how to treat customers. I'm so disappointed with this place. Firstly It was on the floor, I never received any assistance. then cashiers, talking and blowing chewing gum, with an attitude. It terrible!!!
How do you have 1 pharmacist on duty, then you have 13 sick and old people standing in the queue waiting desperately for medicine? To save costs? Sies man! Disgrace!
Coming to this branch is always a drag, for prescriptions there's always 1 pharmacist assigned, who's very slow by the way.. I have to put aside 1h30m atleast each time I go to collect something there.. I'm not sure they realised that their core business is being a pharmacy
They advertise close at 8pm, I arrived at 7h20. They allowed someone in just before me, but shut the door on my face. I told her I was in desperate need of a prescription for my mother. But she wouldn't even allow me to speak to the manager. I found her to be extremely rude. It left my mother in pain the whole night, as well as wasted my time going there for nothing. Its wrong that they advertise closing at 8pm, its false advertising and a pathetic manner in chasing clients away. I hope your families suffer the same as my mother did in sickness and pain.
