Being a customer at Clicks Midwater for my chronic medication made me realize that they are not client friendly.  As i've been diagnosed as covid positive and have to remain isolated I inquired with Clicks if it was possible for me to email my doctor's prescription and then if they could deliver it for me, the answer I received was a definite No, how is that for client service??

Pharmacy is lovley always gives great advice. The rest of the staff horrible, doesn't great, tellers has face mask on that doesn't cover their noses. I will not recommend spending your hard earned money at this clicks

Not impressed.   Stand in a long  queue this morning to collect 4 tablets which you didn't have in stock yesterday.  Could have quickly given it to me there it was ready for collection....  to wait s0 long for 1 minute is REALLY ridiculous..... very disappointed... when I try to explain it is not a new prescription I was told to wait.......   never again....

Loved their hospitallity, but the waiting at the pharmacy was a bit to time consuming.  Still loved it

POUR SERVICE On 06-06-20 I was looking for my baby medicine as prescribed from the doctor nd due to shot of stock nd it was Saturday the White pharmacy manager who was working on that day said she will call me on Monday 08-06-20  for collections I waited till 12-06-20 even now I didn't received a call from her how cruel is her, she don't care about my baby health nw my baby is been struggling for 5 days. POUR SERVICE

No social distancing control, some customers with mask with a nose out, called manager but he refused to come & say I must come to him but standing on trolleys allowed another customer to come & stand right to us to query his shaving blade wearing a mask wrongly too, manager could not involve himself when I complained

Pharmist unfriendly, told me I jumped the queue because I didn't get a sms to say that my medicine was ready, because they didn't activate it.

Takes absolutely forever te get medicine from the dispensary

They prioritize the people who collect medications that the prescription and self medications I waited 1hour for my ticket to be called at ticket S206

Love getting meds at this pharmacy. Well stocked shop.
