Worst clicks branch ever! After visiting there I wouldn't return, not only did I have to wait in a long queue by dispensary, but also my son's phone got stolen, when I return not even five minutes later neither the cashier nor the manager knows anything and Cannot follow it up on cctv footage as they don't have that installed.
The pharmacy is a mess. They lost my repeat script and the waiting time in the queues over weekends is a joke.
This Clicks wins the award for being the slowest branch in South Africa when it come to dispensing medicine...Congrats. 30 min wait for a box of headache tablets.
Knee replacement. Cannot drive. Been phoning for 2 days for chronic script to be made up for collection. No answer. No service for 2 days!!!!!

Wilkoppies Clicks should close! Dispensary queue always so ridiculously long - they gave my 5 tablets and out of stock - I said to lady I will give my prescription in at another place, because I DO NOT WANT TO queue again - they never notified me that my medication arrived and then gave me attitude and told me to go queue again - after they said I do not need to queue for collection --- never ever experience a clicks as bad as this one - shameful - the staff are so rude - shocked! They treat grown adults like teenagers – disrespectful! Disgrace! Please note. aleady got in contact with clicks group complaint team. Slow slow slow. Think the time you usually take at a pharmacy, then add 45 minutes.
I dread going to this clicks. The staff manager staff are most unhelpful. They are more concerned of what is on their cell phones that assisting. The shelves are empty.... Don't even think any specials will be available. Since covid even worse. The security at the door can't count... Maybe give her so pegs. When two customers come out TWO customers can go in. I mean really. Clicks this shop needs to get their act together.
Usually get the best service and assistance there,but today was the worst. After my operation on 13 April 2021 my Husband went to the store to ask if they assist with cleaning wonds of which the sister on duty agreed and said a fee would be charged. I confirmed this telephonically on 15 April 2021 and the sister agreed to see me at 10h00. On 16 April 2021 the sister on duty showed me away and said I had to return to the hospital as she could not assist.
Absolutely pathetic as a covid vaccination site. I waited 2 hrs to get vaccinated. The line was not even that long when I got there. There were around 15 people infront of me... and it took 2 long hours ... They are just utterly useless... I would suggest going elsewhere if you do wish to get vaccinated.
