Cashier name : Sydney should please change his stinky attitude and @clicks sa please please teach your stuff customer service, they're not making us a favor by assisting. @Sydney have some smile you never know who you are assisting, it might be your future employer.
Service at tills good, however shop very untidy with shopping baskets standing on the floor between shelves.
Service was bad. Teller did not know how to operate the till, making so many mistakes that my club card would not work anymore, so she now asked us to wait for 30 minutes before the club card can start working again.
Very very disappointed buy the service i got from this shop, i am a regular Clicks customer except for where i am staying i don't have a Clicks shop close by but the very next Clicks i see i use. This time i was at this Clicks with the prescription from the the Doctor close by, and the prescription was stating very clearly that i must buy pills of X name and 20 of them and by default they are 20 in the packet but to my amusement, figured that out only on arrival back home at Hoedspruit, that the Pharmacist Mateta sold me five pills scissor cutting off the other fifteen with the same price of 20. On my attempts to call them the phone is only machine answered and on option wait for the consultant i wait and wait and wait until the phone drops by itself. Tried this countless times.
It’s now the 3ed time I collect my chronic medication they don’t have everything at all. To top it off iam the only one getting that type of meds.
Poor poor poor. Lady at self help medication struggled to work computer to link our medication to our medical fund. Clapping her own head twice and twice she had to call someone else for helping her. And we had to WAIT.
Tried to call the pharmacy several times to pre-order my medication NO answer at all. This was saterday 16h15 14 May
The design of the cashier's is in such a way that there is no possibility of practicing social distance. I felt highly at risk with other customers pushing against me!!!
I enjoy having my own space not a congested places. Meeting interesting people and we do some catch up. i get best customer service at clicks, Woolworths, koelkamer, Shoprite/Usave. Also enjoying the best customer service from Chisa Grill especially on Friday. We love it n God bless
