Worst pharmacy. I went to go collect my chronic medication which I was collecting late. The pharmacist,Rubin; was so rude, unprofessional and not willing to assist me in any way possible. Then the Manageress, Lesego, tried to take his side which at the end, I phoned Clicks Ferndale on Republic from MY cellphone to ask why I am not able to get my chronic meds. The Pharmacist at Clicks Ferndale on Republic apologised about their mistake, and did a re-load of my meds. I was completely shocked how I was treated at Clicks Appleton. I will never go there ever again! I did decide to rather leave and collect my meds at a different Clicks.
Great stuff and manager always willing to assist.
I recently went for my vaccine and was treated very well. I felt slightly faint after the vaccine and the nurse i believe her name was Candie was very kind and sympathetic. She urged me to stay as long as necessary and not drive home alone until I felt well. Elijah, a staff member, also provided very good assistance. The only drawback was they didnt have anything for me to lie down on useful in case of emergencies. I have been well in the days that have followed .
You should not be qualified to run a vaccine programme. You did not complete my consent form correctly meaning I have not been registered as having my first vacc. I then waited for an hour behind a queue of other customers you have done the same thing too to try correct YOUR MISTAKE. Do not be surprised when you get audited for poor management and are jot long able to run the vaccinations.
The employees of Clicks Appleton is amazing and the service great !!! I'd like to compliment three of your employees, Patricia Mokabone, Sikhokele Ntutu and Elijah Malidzhi, for the excellent service they provided to me in the last two days. To give you perspective; My husband had a booking for the Vaccine at Clicks Melrose Arch at 8h50 and waited in the que for 6 hours before he was seen too. My College had a booking at 8h00 at Clicks Cresta and was only assisted by approximately 10h00 and she was first in line. I tried to go to get the Vaccine on Monday and Tuesday by Discovery Vaccination sites and was unfortunately not successful. I called Clicks Appleton’s on Tuesday and spoken to Sikhokele Ntutu, he provided me with helpful and correct information. He was friendly and confident while he assisted me. Thank you Sikhokele Ntutu. Today , I have spoken to Patricia Mokabone to confirm if the Vaccination site is busy. While assisting she was friendly and humours. It was a joy interacting with her on the phone. When I Arrived at the clicks, she immediately showed me to the vaccination area and directed me to Elijah Malidzhi. There was something wrong with my booking, which both Elijah Malidzhi and Patricia Mokabone tried to assist me to get me in for a vaccination today. While Patricia Mokabone was looking into what she could do Elijah Malidzhi assisted me with necessary information on the two Vaccines available and paperwork. They were both helpful, friendly concerned and eager to assist me in my predicament. Their professionalism and ability to get to the bottom of the situation quickly exceeded my expectations. Thanks a mill Patricia and Elijah!! Within 15min I was assisted and I was out of clicks within 30 min. Such a commitment to great customer service is to be commended. You can be sure that I will continue to do business with Clicks Appleton for years to come. There is something in the air at this Clicks , Keep on with this amazing service WELL DONE!!!
Im staying quite far from Clicks Appleton but it gives me peace of mind when I enter that store. Staff, especially Patience and the team at dispensary are so helpful, professional and go out of their way to have a script filled. Its every penny worth driving out a few kms further. Even the lady at cosmetics and cashiers are so helpful and friendly. Thank you to a great team
Very bad pharmacy I wish I can give zero star
Not a good pharmacy to visit at all. Pharmacist giving you antibiotics with a water bottle cap onand want you to give antibiotics to your baby...where was the bottle cap the dustbin?? Makes you wonder. In a time like this with Covid, people dying and the Pharmacist does not think about our health is it only about the money.....Shame on you Clicks Appleton's used to be my go to pharmacy never again!!!
Normally a good store to visit but why showing times until 15:00 on Sundays on your website if this is not the case? Very dissapointing
I was the pharmacy this morning to purchase meds to which the pharmacist and manager both told me I need a prescription for. Wrong. This is a schedule 2 medication for which no prescription is needed. I ended up buying my meds at BWC clicks and as I suspected the pharmacist issued the meds with no hassle. The pharmacists at the Appletons Branch need to go back and brush up on their knowledge as their incompetence is frustrating together with being an inconvenience.
