Yet again a long line with only one pharmacist helping one customer for what is going on 10 minutes now. No attempt to help rest of the line. Don't bother there is a pharmacy at Spar around the corner.
Visited Clicks on Sunday 07 August, not great experience. Sad and disappointing that it is so different from any other Clicks. Bad and unfriendly staff. It looks like they are hurting performing their duties. Glad other Clicks management are putting in efforts to make the customer feel welcome.
I should have read the review before going to this shop. The lady at the till did not even greet, she was busy chatting to a customer who in the queue. Also chatting to everyone who didn't mind, her colleague to her right.. then to her left. Never returning to this shop
I was attended to by a very rude Pharmacist named Sonelo Bakaco who blatantly refused to assist me over a prescription that was in a pdf format on my phone that I presented to her. Sarcastic to the core from start our conversation to the end. She even went further and told me she was doing me a favor...I will never go back to that Clicks pharmacy... it's by far the worst.
I asked an assistant where to find a specific item. She took me to a shelf with oils in stead of gels like I asked. She couldn't disappear quick enough. I then prowled up and down and up and down your isles until I found what I was looking for. Passed a few more assistants who could see that I was battling to find something, but none of them bothered to help, and I was by now not in the mood to ask, for clearly the "don't care" mindset was the general attitude of the staff here today. Eventually found the gel I wanted after easily wasting about 15 minutes of my time, if only the first Lady bothered to listen or know her store, I would not have had to waste so much time. And just as a parting shot... Your shelves are packed rather nonsensical, and your markings are confusing to say the least It is with great pleasure that I introduce myself to you as a non-customer of yours henceforth.
Pharmacy staff just HAVE to ensure that while there are at least 20 people standing in the que waiting to be assisted by the only two tellers available, that they work as SLOWLY as humanly possible. I'm not sure what drugs they themselves are helping themselves to,but they should issue it to the customers while waiting for their medicine. In times like these we cannot afford to waste time standing in shopping centres packed with people, especially if we are already sick! Step up your game, Clicks Bayside!
Disgraceful customer service from clearly untrained staff. Probably the worst Clicks store I've been to
Just came back from your store. Nothing is priced right there. I bought 2 Lindor Milk chocolate boxes and 1 Snowy Fingers for the buy 3 get 1 free. I also bought Slow mag 30 tablets. The Lindor was priced at R49.99 Each, there were 3 rows of the chocolates with that price. I checked my slip about 20min later and realized they had charged me R72.99 Each, So I came back to return it. When I checked in the isle again all the price tags were gone. I told this to the woman in front, who said it was never this price, basically denying they changed the price. No sorry, nothing. Just go change for something else or get your money back. I opted to change for something else. While I did this I checked the price of the other stuff on the slip, The slow mag, and this was the wrong price as well. Its priced at R96.99, was charged R101.00. I took photos this time. Then when I walked back I saw that the Lindor chocolate price was now changed to R65.00. Took photos of that as well. In the end I decided to just get my money back and rather complain online. Again, No apologies, nothing. Just take your money and go. Very disappointed at the service and way it was dealt with.
Very helpful and they have good braces
The staff were horrible. They were useless. Rude. I recommend that no one should ever go to bayside mall clicks. Disgusting behaviour.
