Worse service availible. Once again poor service leading to us not being able to collect cronic medication, and we have previously lodge multiple complaints with no avail. I mean you are suppose to be ensuring that people get the meds that their lives depend on, and not ensuring to think of the worst possible excuses. Never again returing, switching to Dischem.
Placed an order online on Monday 28 June 2021 for necessities. Selected door to door delivery method 1-3 days as the goods are urgently needed. Still no sign of delivery. Clicks shouldn’t offer a service if they can’t deliver!
I was standing in line today, after asking a staff member a question, and a guy cut in line in front of me... I walked up to him and said I was here first... He called the same staff member I was talking to and she told me she never saw me in the line, I feel she was being very racist towards me Then I told to f*ck off and went to Dischem Also you'll be waiting in line for 40min No social distancing, and staff not wearing mask correct
Just spoke to a lovely lady at the dispensary and she helped me in a way that no other pharmacy has. I tried all the Dischems and all the other Clicks'. Thank you for your friendly and efficient service. :
Yoh, I am so mad right now, yesterday I went to Vaal Mall Clicks for help. I'm suffering from extreme stomach gas. I fart a lot. The lady called Lerato first suggested that I use citro soda if which I told her that I had. Then she quickly go and grabbed some pills, Sandis Cinnarisene 25. When I got home, I found out the pills are for treatment of nausea vertigo. I'm really angry, why a person when she couldn't say so. Nxa
A lady Recommended Eskamel Cleansing Gel , i used it for 3days and my skin is so dry ,i have never had an Dry Skin ever in my life - around my mouth is dry and by Forehead , i am so Upset and can't even Get a Refund.
Rather find another pharmacy, after waiting for 25min and asking for a manager who was not present just walked out! By far the worst clicks experience so far... and that's bad
Bought 3 Eucerin products today. 1 box had no product it was empty!!
Can't complain about the service, as there is no service, Pathetic service from Clicks Vaal Mall, standing in the queue for hours to be vaccinated, frontline workers taking time off from work, to be vaccinated but they simply don't care to help you first, Pathetic service, incompetent staff.
One unpleasant plcae too visit - no aircon or any ventilaton. Won't see me soon, if at all!!
