This company made my day.!! Arrived at 7.30 for first new car service. From reception to manager everyone ,all were very professional and very friendly. I was told that I could wait and that I will be able to make my other next appointment. The car was finished, ready and cleaned after two hours. Exceptional service. Thank you.

I've never been let down by Mazda before, and Ian Oosthuizen, made sure that, that hasn't changed. He went above and beyond, to help me get a new Mazda. I felt like I could trust him and he proved that, that was the case. He kept me updated, helped me understand and made sure I was happy. Thank you so much!

What can I say... Took my car in for repairs, and had what was initially thought to be the problem repaired. Was given back to me with the same problem. Left my car again, only for it to be given back as the mechanics couldn't find the problem. They had my car for 2+ weeks. Afterwards, I decided to go to Bizzy Car Service for a second opinion. The mechanics there manage to find my problem and fix it in less than a day.

If I could, I would bring my car in every week ... just to be washed:-. Either than that, stuff is friendly , place is clean, service is efficient

This review is late, but I am still upset by the complete crookery of this place. I went to this dealership to change breaks on a CX5 as they were making noise. I understood that they were completely finished and I paid over 8k for genuine replacements. Only to realize a few months later that the breaks, on a rarely used vehicle, were completely finished and had to pay for them again at another shop. This experience not only put me off this particular shop but on the Mazda as well.

Bought a vehicle for business purposes from this dealership. First time we went there, was bit tricky cos the sales staff sent us from Mazda to Ford to Mazda again. We had to be signed in b4 we entered so that our details and temperature could be taken. The receptionist saw that we were standing there but opted to assist the lady in her car 1st. I found the receptionist biased and unprofessional. Luckily a friendly sales assistant came down to assist us. His name was Francois and he assisted us in purchasing the vehicle of our choice. Delivery was a bit delayed cos of some paperwork but all was sorted out to our satisfaction. The sales manager for used cars was also professional in his meeting with us. We are satisfied with our purchase and would recommend this dealership.

I have been using this dealer for a few years now and they have treated me well. I was not pleased with the service last December. Their communication was terrible especially with me not knowing what was happening. I was disappointed.

Bought this little car from CMH Randburg. Great service and support. After purchasing the vehicle they checked in a few times with me to find out how things are going. Would buy from them again when the right car pops up. Application process was smooth as well.

Totally utterly not happy with the service. I am even out words to explain. Total waste of time and money

Thank you to CMH for my second hand car. Jordan went over and above and put me at ease about making payment and as soon as I had paid he was on the road delivering my car Which was 13 hours away. He is a pleasure to deal with and made every step of the process an easy one. Would highly recommend this dealership.
