12 May 2023: I went to Kenfield Tyres & Fitment Centre to have a tyre checked and was most impressed with the service from the moment I entered. Even though I only needed one tyre checked, within minutes all four tyres were removed and tested. The faults on the damged tyre were shown to me and I requested that they replace it. A tyre was immediately brought in from their warehouse and fitted. The couple who own the business were really friendly and conducted themselves and their business very professionally. It was a really pleasant experience and they are certainly assured of my future business. Highly recommended.

Under new management Apart from the lady at reception the staff are unpleasant ...seems like they aren't too happy working ....not a greeting of welcome .... no smiles ....no customer care at all

Price is up there , but service and quality is there . Number does not seem to work atm

Excellent customer service and professional advice

As a business owner I find kenfield tyres to be absolutely hopeless and arrogant with regards to customer service. With the economy being so tough they should be grateful a customer walks through that door and make sure he's properly attended to.

Excellent service

Had my vehicle checked for exhaust leak and asked for price to repair and a price was given by staff instead of managment. So who controls who?
