If I could give 0 stars, I honestly would. The staff doesn't care and their level of incompetency is shocking. they don't know how to assist people let alone communicate with them. I always have to tell them how their own company works before I can get assistance. I am truly disgusted by the lack of customer service.

I always have to call them to allocate my payment even when I use the reference provided. The website is broken beyond explanation. I can’t even access the email address on the website. This company will be the reason I leave where I am staying.

Useless! Very rude call center and if asked to speack to management phone gets droped.MR Itumaleng Morodi please can you train your call center ladies to be helpfull and start billing us right as every month its diffrent.this company and the Drunk people every 2nd night loud noise will be the reason i leave were im renting.so many people complain why cant you guys start fixing what we complain about??

Extremely poor service. No set billing structure, always changes from month to month. Bill for services not delivered. Call center agents are not helpful at all.
