Quick off the mark to respond when you need your vehicle repaired or resprayed. The admin also excellent in communicating with your insurer and finalising the go ahead. To me it is the actual work that matters. When they don't even bother to replace my damaged number plate. However there was an undertaking to replace my number plate. It turns out the insurance didn't give the go ahead to replace the head light. So it's PMD that I must pursue. Feedback from PMD: They did authorise the replacement of my number plate right from the start! Why the above mentioned never replaced it I can only speculate on the possible reasons. Correct and proper number plates is a big issue to me and the insurance assured to replaced it. Sadly the panelbeaters didn't bother to replace it. 19/02/20 Finally got my number plate replaced. The guy dealing with me, was more upset about my review then sorting it my number plate. I should be upset for the inconvenience of taking time off to go back at my own cost and time to do what they should've done in the First place. Just glad it's all over! I hate incompetency! I have had exceptionally good service from Coetzee's Auto, both when they did a panel beating job for me a few years ago and now recently when they straightened a wheel strut. Both jobs were done well and at good pricing. I had 1 day to fix the wheel strut and they accommodated me and finished the job in the morning. Open early in the morning, there workshop is very clean and neat. They take pride in there workmanship.
