I recently did a 7-day cleanse with Antonia and what an experience it was. WOW! I experienced shifts that I did not even expect. I definitely expected physical shifts but the emotional shifts from the cleanse were so unexpected and amazing. I followed Antonia’s guidance, to just observe with love and kindness what is coming up for me and I must say it really was such a necessary experience – physically, mentally, and emotionally. What a way to balance! I recommend it to all. Antonia is absolutely divine, caring, supportive, fun, cheerful and so very professional. I have been to Antonia about 8 times in total and would highly recommend her as a therapist. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been severely suffering from abdominal pains and bloating for quite a long time. I have been to naturopaths and homeopaths with not much help. I was petrified for my first treatment. Antonia made me feel really comfortable. It was not pleasant but it was my body that was so full of %^$#. I felt very tired after the treatment and was hardly able to drive myself home and I slept for the next 18 hours. After the second treatment I have started to feel much better and had more energy. I do energy medicine myself and I fully understand that to feel better, often you have to feel worse, specially when you are very blocked. I would highly recommend Antonia to anyone who is considering having a colonic hydrotherapy.  The lady who has posted the negative feedback, clearly did not understand that her body was full of toxins and she started with the the detox for which she should have been grateful and not hateful as she was. I met Antonia 3 weeks ago, when i met her i was lethargic, had headaches, mood swings, constant stomach pain/IBS. I was so miserable and had a bad relationship with food. I had a great experience with Antonia. I found her details on the internet and she responded immediately to my message. I got intant relief from back pain that i had due to severe constipation after trying acupuncture, muscle cupping, chiropractic. My experience with her made me not to think of other colonic therapists. She helped me the right diet and supplements for my Irritable bowel syndrome. I also did my 7day detox with her this year  and I really feel light and energetic than before. She was very supportive during the detox and guided me every step of the way. I have not had back pain ever since first colonic in 2017 and i have not had a single hard stool ever since my detox. It really works.

I have just finished a 7 day cleanse plan with Antonia. She is welcoming, supportive, knowledgeable and extremely uplifting. The process may be uncomfortable for some in the beginning, however Antonia immediately makes you feel at ease, understood and cared for - she is very respectful of your privacy. After following her plan, taking the provided supplements and the 5 colonic sessions included, I feel so much more aligned to myself again. My husband, soul mate and best friend passed away recently and after recognising I was on a downward spiral, feeling broken, I realised I needed to get out of it. Antonia, and the cleanse brought me back - it feels like I have had a full make-over from the inside out. The results are outstanding in every facet of my life: body, mind, spirit!!! If anyone ever tells you that there is no correlation / connection between your body and mind / soul / emotions etc. I will ask you to find out for yourself and make your own decision. I can easily highly recommend Antonia for her therapies.

I tried my first colon irrigation here and had the worst experience of my life. I had a severe allergic reaction to something unknown even to the practitioner as all she said that she used was water. Bear in mind I am not allergic to plastic/ latex or anything for that matter. She was unable to tell me why my throat was closing up and ears became itchy. Furthermore I experienced the most discomfort in all of my life as she pumped water in my colon resulting in my stomach expanding to a large degree. My legs went numb and I could no longer proceed.  I had to stop the procedure 15mins in and had to still pay the full R650. I tried to call the lady two days later and she did not pick up so I sent her an SMS. Upon letting her know my symptoms and explaining that as a result I'm fearful to return for another session she showed her disregard for the situation and sent back a thumbs up in response. I am quite dissapointed in this place but will be going to another centre where I will hopefully get better service and care.

I have had problems with my gut and Antonia sorted it out. I only had to go to her 3 times. I would recommend colonics to anyone that suffers with gut problems.

Oh my gosh, people need to be warned about this place. Your experience was horrifying
