I have been to apply at Conradie park ln January but will have to wait for applying for the next phase and to follow up with the office clerk as to what date they will be startng to open and go and apply right there at the office, i am looking so forward to my application will be succesfull to move in when the time is right to do so , it is a well planed development beautiful walk ways gardens lawn and benches to sit in the fresh air what was beautiful the walkways frim your car to your home , a most up market with all this beauty and sercurity which is so strict well orgenized i cannot wait to move in to this beautiful develoment well planned , i am a very proud Cape tonian,

It's a good residential development. Will see its character over time as they had just finished building when I visited and they were busy with finishing touches.
I love the position of this area very central. The security is top notch.
The potential I see in this place is great. A mini town, the first of its kind as far as I'm aware. Looking forward to calling it home.
I am really not a happy client at this point. Its been three weeks after I made an application and when i called the number listed about i was given a number starting with 069 which is answered by a lady that is not so professional at all. At first she told me they have received my application I should wait as it will be processed within 24 hours. 24 passed and i made an innovative to call again then i was told about the high volume of applications they are receiving in daily basis and i understood and the number is available on whatsApp. I sent a text to the number it was on a weekend asking for an update where i was told i was gonna be made a favour for checking my application on weekend after i asked about the last contact i made and since then i have been ignored and no communication at all till thus far.
The place looks beautiful and full of life when walking in. The staff is friendly and approachable. There was alot of people but moderate service was provided.
Seriously planing to apply for accommodation parks. Shops with in the precinct.
