This place was absolutely incredible across the board! We were promptly greeted by the front desk clerk "Cooper" with a pleasant & inviting welcome. The room was huge, very clean and exceeded our expectations. The downtown location felt very safe, definitely will make this our go to spot when visiting Wisconsin!Rooms: 5/5
Excellent hotel in a prime location DT ATW! The room was the perfect size and very clean. The only two reasons why this wasn’t five stars was the whirlpool on the bottom floor was broken and they lacked hot breakfast options when I visited. They had a to go box option but it didn’t appeal.
The street was under construction so we had to access the hotel via the parking structure by carrying our luggage outside through the structure, down onto the street and into a side door. Inconvenient at night in the dark, and safety??? Also the whirlpool was not filled and nonfunctional. An amenity that we ALWAYS use. Very disappointed.
We had a King Whirlpool suit. At 8:30am we were woken up by construction being done directly under our room. We called the front desk and were immediately moved to a room away from it that was still a King Whirlpol suit!!! And they even gave us complimentary bath salts for the tub because of the inconvenience. The beds are beyond comfy. The rooms are spacious. Also the fact they use Aveda products in the rooms are a huge plus since I only use Aveda shampoo and conditioner lol! Even with the inconvenience im giving a 5 star for how wonderful all the front desk staff are!
Very nice room with nice hot tub . The check in lady could use a personality class tho . Paying for parking suck after you pay a lot of for the room . I would go back thoRooms: 5/5
Love a boutique hotel! The staff is very welcoming and the lobby has a delightful little fireplace which is perfect for cold Wisconsin winters. The rooms are comfortable with well stocked snacks and minibar for purchase of course. I was delighted with the jetted tub! I travel a lot and it’s hard to find a hotel with a tub, much less a jetted tub, which is also perfect after a long day at work in the cold Wisconsin winter. You either have to park on the street or in the adjacent parking garage $5 a day. In either case be prepared to drag luggage a short distance except for loading/unloading. The parking garage is worth the money to keep your car from getting covered in snow.
This place was perfect for relaxation with the spa on the lower level, I didn't even have to leave the hotel for a massage and the only complaint I have is there's no complimentary breakfast and having to pay for parking. Rooms: Jacuzzi, fireplace and a separate living area... very cozy
Stylish, warm, and welcoming, this classic hotel hosted our bachelorette party of 12 with ease. We were treated so well here. Clean rooms with the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept on. Just melted right into the sheets and drifted off. Regular and decaf coffee supplied in the room. Stocked mini fridge. I would ask them to empty next time so we had a bit of room for our things. Easily accessible from the main street, as well as, the side ally parking garage. The hot tub room was so relaxing and spacious. Within walking distance of all the best this prime location has to offer.
This is a hometown big style hotel. Rooms are very well appointed and amenities are top notch. Staff super friendly and attentive. It's small but does everything it's huge counterparts can't or won't. Super comfy beds and pillows!Rooms: 5/5
