When I placed the order, I wasn't told that if I want to collect, I need to book my collection. Nothing on the invoice. I went to collect and asked the security if I could use the toilet, he told me to use the patch of grass on the pavement. Since when do you pay for an expensive couch and they send messages, emails etc to come and collect and when you collect they can't release the item because they are busy. When 1 truck is loading. Disgusting service as usual. Never again will I order from Coricraft. I wonder what Kevin the CEO would say about this issue!!!!?
From the day I placed my order at Cresta branch, Sandra kept me up to date re progress and completion. The staff at the Stormill warehouse were also helpful and efficient. I will definitely buy again.
A really good experience. The staff were so helpful and friendly with such good attitudes. They did an excellent job of re stuffing couch cushions . They now look like new couches. So impressed
Been advised that no one can assist me with a collection as they are all on lunch. Can’t believe everyone is on lunch simultaneously. Something I expect from a government facility like home affairs, post office or licensing department but not from Coricraft. At least after making a scene people were willing to help me.
Coricraft supplies excellent quality furniture and the warehouse is run very efficiently. I went to collect my order and it was very well wrapped in plastic and foam.
Came to get cushions refilled. Friendly staff all over...from receptionist to gentleman refilling. Everyone who walked past me greeted me with a morning man. Oh and no charge for the refill.
Placed an order for cushions. Received an sms to say they were ready, when I phoned to arrange collection I was told that I could only collect in two days as they had to be quality checked. If this is the case then the cushions are NOT ready for collection !!!
Good quality furniture and friendly staff but delivery is extremely expensive! Been charged R745 from Clearwater to Ruimsig which is less than 10km's
Ordered a bedboard online. they phoned me after 2 weeks to say they dont have stock, I must wait 6 weeks this is no where on their website. it said in stock I asked for refund. 4 weeks later, no refund, no communication.
Great that you can collect your orders & purchases to avoid the exorbitant price for delivery.
