Coricraft Kolonnade

I would like to express my appreciation for the level of assistance that me and my wife experienced from Mpho Hlomuka at Coricraft located at Kolonnade Retail Park. Wow! He really understands his trade and worked past normal working hours to support me with a quotation in order to secure a promotional price on furniture. Mpho is a real ambassador for Coricraft and deserve significant recognition for his demonstrated passion as a salesman. Thank you Mpho!

I bought the dining room suite in May. The suite had cushions that were to be delivered after 6 weeks. The cushions were not delivered and I went to the shop for follow up. The guy who was assisting was on leave that day. I was told that they will give him the message to call me. I never received any call from Mpho till today. I tried to call him on his cell phone and landline there was no Answer. Even today I'm still waiting for my delivery. I'm not happy with the service I got at Coricraft Kolonnade

I would just like to thank SharonKolonande who is really my life saver, my Afrique leather couches needed new filling and I have been battling since Dec 2017 to get someone from Coricraft Montana and Head office to send me a quote and information to fix the problem. Not only was she annoyingly persistent in following up with mewhen I forgot to send her measurements and sending me quotes and information, she was also informed enough to offer me more than one solution for my problem. I was ready to burn my couches, but now I can't wait to get my new inners! Thanx Sharon, you definitely add value to your team!

Come to the store to buy 3 portraits that was still on the wall even one of the staff members help us to take them off the wall just to get to the pay point to be told "oh sorry this has been reserved we will cal you monday when the new stock come in"and still nothing! Really disappointed!you just lost a R3900 worth of sale!!!

If you talk about people that don't know the value of a customer then your at the right place, when it comes to Coricraft. They know how to mess up one's life, I regret ever buying from this company.

Great service, from assistance in the store, feedback from factory while your order is made and good communication on delivery details as well. Delivered 3 weeks earlier than expected. Great quality products as well.
