Coricraft Nelspruit

The "Porter Nested Lamp Tables" is not fit for purpose. We bought this set and the table is fairly top heavy with a brittle marble top. Admittedly we bumped it over but it landed on a carpet and the marble snapped in half. Customer service tells us that although it's fairly new their warranty doesn't cover "user damage". I would expect that spending R3k+ on coffee tables would get better quality or better customer support.

Very bad service from the Nelspruit store

Really long waiting period with little to no service, i have made multiple calls to the store itself as well as to the complaints department to no avail. I have been waiting more then 4 months for something that was meant to take six weeks. If i had the option of zero stars i would. This needs serious attention as i have seen on hello peter that i am not the only one that has to endure terrible service and lack of care from the company. Really sad considiring the top quality of the brand.

Very helpful and friendly staff. They were very patient with my 1001 questions...very proffesional! My couch was delivered by professionals and safely placed in the living room. I'd say two thumbs up for Coricraft! I'll definitely buy more stuff with them in the future

Very helpful staff who went out of their way to assist me. Beautifully laid out store with lots of items to choose from and the displays are breathtaking.

Friendly and helpful staff ....There quality of cushions ... Bedding... furniture ... etc ...Out standing... Not a shop to miss.Wonderful peaceful ...Calm... atmosphere...
