I have been a customer of Cosy Couch for over 10 years. Their service and quality of workmanship is exceptional. Tommy and Lynda and their staff have always gone out of their way to provide me with outstanding service and for this I am truly grateful. I would recommend Cosy Couch every time.
Although they were very helpful in choosing fabric and the finished product looks great, I was very disappointed in service I received when getting my cushions back. It took longer than lead to believe, no one followed up and I had to contact them to find out when I would get my order and then just to make it worse it was not there for collection when they said it would be.
Love my furniture. The shop is beautiful too, the service was friendly, helpful, and professional! A very happy customer
