Still excellent European/Mediterreal food. Anne Cotton' tradition of high cousine continues in Hoedspruit town outskirts. Few dishes but classy, perfect, genuine and delicious. Together with Stoned Olive is one of the two only top places in Ht and Greater Ht Area where you can have genuine, really tasty, not faked or pretentious or supercontoured food.
Food was good, but the service was dreadful. Staff appeared overstretched and inattentive. We waited for a long time for our order to be taken and our drinks to arrive. An error in our lunch order was not rectified by the waiter which is unacceptable. It is a pity, because the food was otherwise well prepared and tasty.Food: 4/5
Sublime food in a serene setting. Focused seasonal menu offers enough choice. The Sunday rare roast beef was a traditional plate prepared by a clearly expert hand and the chicken and ham pie as pretty as it was delicious.
Breakfast at most lodges in the area are fairly common so we decided to try Anne's Colton Club for something different. We ordered the corn fritters with crispy bacon and the mushroom bruschette. Highly reccomended.

Had Lunch here, it was very quiet, the service was nice and attentive, the food was tremendous, you wouldn't expect fish and chips to be that good in the bush! Will come back
For many years, everytime I go up to Hoedspruit I live in Cape Town, I go to Anne's Cotton Club Cafe and before that to Anne's Cotton Club which was off the Kampersrus Road, before Covid. I love it. The food is always excellent as is the service. Angel is a great waitress and Anne a great cook. The menu is not big, and never thr same when I go. Vegetarian options: I think there's always one. Parking: Plenty parking space.
A bit awkward, but in the end it was a nice experience, just sat down for a quick breakfast beacon and eggs on stone ground tousties, their cappuccino did the trick, their barista makes a drinkable cup, the waitress got a star for hospitality, the only thing that kept me away from that 4th star, is that it felt like they scraped the bottom to give me a sandwich. But they are worth a second visit, recommended above their competitor
Was great to find Anne's Cotton club cafe in it's new location. We had a delicious meal our table had the fish and chips and a pasta dish and all were piping hot and yummy. Angel was super friendly and it was nice to see her again. We definitely recommend it.
Made an effort to order something pork free due to an allergy however my eggs were contaminated with pork and ended up frightfully sick, stomach cramps, nausea and diarrhoea. Sods!!!!
