R25. Your drivers travelling at 160km an hour. Pushing vehicles onto the shoulder of the road to overtake on blind corners with solid white lines. Saturday afternoon driving. Is this acceptable. Perhaps you should look at the quality of drivers you employ. Innocent people get killed and maimed.
Absolutely the worst courier company I have ever had to deal with. I can’t understand how a company such as Apple can use them with pride. They told me this morning at 07:30 that my parcel is in route to me it is now 18:51 and I’m still waiting. When I tried calling them they just repeated the same lines over and over. They can find my address so they can’t use that excuse. All they keep on saying is that the driver is on his way and that I should just wait. Honestly how can a company be so unprofessional and still have a contract with Apple? Terrible service. If I was the CEO of Courier It I would be ashamed to see these ratings and comments. Their closing time is 19:00 and I’m trying to contact them at 18:55 with no answer. How can a company be proud of this?
Ordered clothing from Adidas who uses Courier IT for deliveries. Received a message that the parcel was to be delivered on Tuesday between 7am and 5pm, received no delivery even after waiting at work for them longer than i should have. Tried calling customer services 6 times and was put on hold each time with no answer. I eventually emailed customer services and they responded asking for my details and I still received no update. This was a birthday gift for my husband and by the looks of it, i will not be receiving it on time. I have no idea how a huge company like Adidas uses them!!! Their customer service is beyond pathetic.
This fellows are the worst courier service I have ever experienced in my life. They claim my address is wrong so how can I forget my own address? Why couldn't the courier call to confirm the address? A week later someone calls to confirm my address, second week parcel still not received. Very useless set of people
I'm starting to doubt if I'll be getting my parcel anytime soon, it was suppose to be delivered yesterday, waited for whole 11 hours! I called and asked for driver contact number for direct communication with me, they refused and my parcel went back to warehouse without communication! @Courierit you need to improve your service, estimated time of delivery, communication from the drivers, your service it's very poor!!! I can't be sitting at home from 8am to 6pm during working days
Not sure why companies use this company it’s the most unreliable. I have received texts every morning that my parcel is out for delivery and by the end of the day it says contact not available, however no one tried to even contact me. This has been going on for a week already . The customer care line is useless as no one answers. You just hear their marketing and voice prompts which don’t help at all either. Completely useless!
Terrible service! Less than 1 star delivery, quite literally. It’s has been 4 days of waiting and anticipation if my parcel will actually be delivered! Never mind the fact that arrangements need to made so someone an take delivery of it. Which were made. When logging queries, no response. Sending emails, no response. Calling the “customer service line” , no answer, putting down of phones, no assistance at all. I was told, eventually that the driver had been contacted and told to make delivery as he had missed it for 2 days already and an email would be sent to confirm. Nothing and no delivery. I have been told someone will call me back. Nothing!!
Honestly the most pathetic courier service I’ve ever dealt with, their website looks like it’s from 2002, reading the other reviews it seems quite common for drivers to not even try get to your house and simply send a message “parcel unable to be delivered”… Also my area was labelled high risk.. I live next to a guy who owns a Ferrari, so either the people in charge of this company have some serious intellectual deficits or they simply don’t care.. either way I’m not impressed. Istore needs to find a better company and stop cutting costs cause this is simply frustrating
Order was scheduled for yesterday, I waited the whole day and later parcel was updated as contact not available. FedEx and Takealot were able to get hold of me and also I made sure that I don't miss a call at all.
I placed an order with Istore on the 15th of December and received updates from CourierIt that they will be making the delivery on the 17th however no one showed up. The status updates changed to "contact unavailable" which seems to be the default option when they either ran out of time to deliver or they are unable to for reasons caused by themselves as I expected their arrival all day and have cameras to confirm no one came and also no phone calls had been received from them. Today is the 28th and still no delivery or any feedback from them eventhough I made attempts to contact them. This company is just the perfect example of a service provider unable to provide a service. Reminds me of some local municipalities. Companies who make use of these people must seriously consider reviewing their contracts. Going on all the social media reviews, it seems to be a common trend and this surely will affect business confidence in the retailers.
