Love, love it here the sweet old lady behind the counter gave me the items for free just for being friendly...never thought there was anything for free in south africa apart from the awesome service I got, it's a nice clean store with everything you might need on a day to day basics
Good quality products,timely delivery though seems the drivers don't use GPS as they always get lost. They helpful if any mistakes happen with an order too.

This hardware is extremely poor when it comes to delivery service. If you want peace of mind , don't use them. Other staff ladies are very rude. Customer service is very bad.
If you have worker clotbes on and you Re dirty they dont whant to elp you they the staff will keep them self busy just not to serve you
