Dr Maharaj at Healthworx is the absolute best. He takes time to listen to his patients, is careful & thorough with his diagnosis & if you need X-rays, drips, ECG, minor medical attention etc, he can assist immediately.  I highly recommend Dr Maharaj. His bedside manner is amazing & he always LISTENS to his patient. He is not impatient & actually truly cares about your health.  I would suggest Dr Maharaj in a heartbeat.

Made an appointment for botox weeks ahead of time with a Dr at healthworx Boksburg.. Came all the way from Delmas to Boksburg, for them to tell me of sorry the Dr is not working today, no sms to notify me before hand. Not happy at all..

Rudest Reception staff EVER! Haven’t receive such poor service in a while, been a patient for many years and they can”t even get a prescription in 2 working days.! Seems like the reception staff at Healthworx are the BIGGEST issue.! YOU GET PAID TO DO A JOB START DOING IT  Pathetic!!!

The doctor i had a recent appointment with didn’t take the seriousness of my condition and it has gotten 10x worse , she hardly listened to what i had to say and she just rushed the entire consultation

The most unfriendly and rudest receiption staff that I have encountered. You have great Drs working there but your reception is extremely rude. They are doing you a lot of damage. Please do yourself a favour as one of the Drs at this centre and phone in to request an appointment. Firstly they dont even answer the phone acknowledging where they are, just a hello, then I have not been able to get an appointment for the past three days, so if you are a Dr at the centre and you were not fully booked, you misded out on a client becuase the receiption are forcing you to use the online booking. Rudest reception I have ever encountered.

Dr P Maharaj is an awesome doctor. He's always friendly, gives you undivided attention and very helpful. It's such a breeze dealing with him. Thank you doc  All the other staff members as well are efficient and helpful.

Dr Maharaj, today I would like to say a HUGE thank you.  Each and every day, you put yourself on the line for a patient like me and my family.  I don't think, we as your patients, thank you enough.  I have never met a doctor, who takes his time with his patients, not just a quick in and out.  You take the time to listen, to make sure you miss nothing, for we put our lives in your hands day in and day out and never stop to think how much pressure, that must put you under.  So this is just a message of appreciation to you, for the passionate doctor you are, for going above and beyond each and every time, without fail.  Thank you that we are blessed with a doctor like yourself.  Thank you.

The podiatrist at Healthworks is absolutely amazing. My son had his ingrown toenails done 2 years ago and sadly the GP didn't do the procedure correctly and they returned worse then before. I then came across Jade Young begging last year and took my son in again for the extremely painful procedure and also informed Jade of his horrible ordeal. She tried to make this round as painless as possible. Even though the injections was still painful my son handled the procedure very well. Jade was as gentle as possible and very kind. It is now more than a year later and we have not had any issues again. Thank you Jade for helping me keep my promise to my son that he will never have to have the painful injections again

Good day, I called this morning and the receptionist by the name of Ms. de Beer answered and advised me that you as a practise do take Sizwe Copper Core Plan as my husband Michael Kockott need immediate assistance, when he got there, at the practice you all declined my husband of helping him and stating we will have to pay, which we are on the network list as stated and informed by Sizwe and by your receptionist Ms.de Beer. I have never been so embarrassed and my husband not been helped on been in the situation he was in. I am highly disgusted at no service or medical help at all. And as you all stated he must get an authorisation Number, he did that as well, but now needs to make another appointment as Michael stated the lady that helped him was rude and not helpful at all, you could not even call from your own business rooms to see if you not on Sizwe Copper core Plan, network, disgusting.

The attitude I got from the receptionist today was just terrible not the friendliest person considering the fact that she’s the first person we have to talk to in order to get your services.
