My niece worked for this company and they never signed contracts and were paid per day. Fortunately she found another job and the refuse to pay her  for the days she worked. She only worked a month and since there was no contract, she doesn't have to give notice. Exploiting this poor girl like this is not on. Tried to phone the owner by the name of Mark but he throws the phone down in my ear. It's not alot of money to you , but it could sustain her household for a week. This is not on

Amazing and extremely quick service from Shameema. Helped me with a magnitude of parts for my 4 year old vacuum cleaner and I got to collect it on the same day.

Creative Housewares Pty Ltd Taurus Group - Cannot get spares for my Taurus LiquaJuice Pro. They are the official importers and distributors of Taurus. currently sitting with a 6 month old very expensive juicer that I can't find parts for. I've been patiently waiting since making first contact last year September to only hear now Feb 2022 after I followed up that the factory who manufactured the product went under liquidation.  Don't waste your money on any Taurus product rather stick to brand names you can rely on like Kenwood, etc that you can at least get spares for.

How do you take customer service seriously. My unit was used twice and you decline my repair and ask me to pay cash for an assessment.  And has a 24 month warranty. What a bunch of crooks you are. Have msg you on Twitter and Hello Peter.

Have now had 4 or 5 Mellerware Vision glass kettles. Lasted 1 year 6 months 3 months 3 weeks.  All from Takealot. Shocking
