Creative Housewares Pty Ltd Taurus Group - Cannot get spares for my Taurus LiquaJuice Pro. They are the official importers and distributors of Taurus. currently sitting with a 6 month old very expensive juicer that I can't find parts for. I've been patiently waiting since making first contact last year September to only hear now Feb 2022 after I followed up that the factory who manufactured the product went under liquidation. Don't waste your money on any Taurus product rather stick to brand names you can rely on like Kenwood, etc that you can at least get spares for.

How do you take customer service seriously. My unit was used twice and you decline my repair and ask me to pay cash for an assessment. And has a 24 month warranty. What a bunch of crooks you are. Have msg you on Twitter and Hello Peter.
