Absolutely shocking service! I received my order with absolutely no instructions of how to install the hammock chair nor the bits it needs to be installed like a pole etc. which I understand need to be purchased but you couldn't even tell me what I needed to buy to get it up. I sent a message to your WhatsApp line to ask how to do it and the person had no idea and said she would ask head office. I got a call from someone at head office was also had absolutely no idea how to do it either and said I must check the website, which is of no use because there are no instructions. Thanks for no help what-so-ever and for telling me to return it if I don't know how to install it - great advice!

I bought coline cnr set last month. The couches are awesome, they are comfortable and have a big space to just have an afternoon nap. They look fantastic in my patio. I can't get enough of just looking at them. My boys assembled them and it was not difficult. Thank you
I bought my garden modular set and they are absolutely awesome. It took a bit of time to put them up but I did do it on my own. I have them as single beds with the railings on one as my grandson is only two and they do look great. Delivery was extremely fast and Creative Living was amazing and easy to deal with. Will definitely be ordering through them again.
We bought a hanging chair from the store. Was on sale for 1000 less. Most comfortable chair we have ever bought. Brendan was very courteous and helpful with the purchase. The store has some really good furniture collection. Will buy again.
I bought a sofa from Creative living because I didn't have a lot to spend and they offered a patio sofa set called Walcut patio set at the special price. The sofa arrived in my home on the second day, the quality is brilliant, and all I had to do was assemble it which took me and my dad in 45mins. If I were to criticise anything, it would be that the website site didn't reflect the early arrival time, but luckily I was at home, so there were no problems. I'm more than happy with the entire experience - information on the site, ease of payment, delivery, and quality of the product. I'd happily recommend.

Bought ourselves a beautiful patio set here - good service and snappy delivery / assembly.
I ordered the 3 seater swing.The wind blows the top canopy almost off.I am told i should keep removing the canopy when the wind comes .Shocking as there is nothing they can do this is the quality of there product .
