I have been going to Perfect 10 for years since they first opened. I came across Kerisha for threading purely by chance and I would never let anyone else near my eyebrows ever again. She is brilliant and the utmost professional. The staff at Perfect 10 are also super welcoming and friendly and very professional. They take great precaution to ensure everything is clean and done to perfect standards. Completely disgusted with the half-hearted service received from this business. I visited this business after my previous beauty salon closed. The first two times the service was perfunctory, with beauticians giggling and laughing at customers but I needed somewhere to go and my friend said she mostly got good service. Yesterday I called to make an appointment for today. I was given two options ~ 11h30 or 16h30. I chose the latter because I was busy for most of the day. I arrived and the staff all stared blankly at me. After indicating that I had made an appointment they told me that was impossible because they close at 17h00, so they would never book that late a time slot. I asked them to look for my details. They found them booked for 12h30 ~ a 'no show'. I said yes, of course I was a no show because that was not the time I had booked. I asked why they don't send reminders or follow up with customers, to which I was told they do. Clearly only haphazardly. Totally fed up with poor customer service and will strongly recommend no one uses this branch. Don't bother!Service: Brazilian waxing

I have been using Perfect 10 Norwood for a few months now and love their services. From waxes to eyebrow threading and dye, I always leave with the best results! Karisha and her team are amazing. The environment is super friendly and always vibrant. I just cannot recommend their services enough. All my friends who I have referred to Perfect 10 Norwood agree fully with my statement and love the salon! Because I am on their system, I always recieve SMS reminders of my appointments a day in advance. I just love Perfect 10 Norwood! If you are looking for a great salon with numerous services, I highly recommend using them!
