Awesome experience with Creative Upholstery. Damien was responsive, easy to chat to, very helpful and always on time. The workmanship was great. The couch and statement chair was restored, repaired and reupholstered. Looks better than when we bought it! And Damien was 1 week ahead of schedule. If you looking for quality materials, workmanship and service, then it’s well worth the price!

His creative input was also quite helpful to me considering how I had an idea of what I wanted but wasn’t entirely sure. Absolutely amazing! So professional. Appointments kept and on time. So rare in Cape Town these days! So easy to communicate with. Knowledgeable regarding different fabric choices. Great variety to choose from. My lounge suite had really seen "better days" so needed major repairs as well as recovering. I liked the style of my existing set I'm not a fan of the " new" couches with "little flimsy legs" that tend to break so Damien had a big task on his hands. I'm absolutely delighted with the results. Better and more comfortable than when new years ago. Damien is clearly a perfectionist of the best kind and takes major pride in his work. So refreshing. I'm delighted! Now to keep the Yorkies off!

Damien and his team are super amazing and super professional. From the start, coming to my house to show fabric swatches, giving helpful input and collecting the chair, all the way to very prompt delivery. They redid my very old wingback chair so well: it looks brand new, sits like brand new, and I cannot be happier! Really above and beyond service and workmanship. Had my well-loved L shaped / daybed / storage couch brought back to life by Damien & his team. Incredible professional service! We were only without a couch for 2 weeks as opposed to the 4-6 weeks other companies advised and his quote was very affordable. It's a pity that we won't need his service for a long time to come because I would not mind working with him on a regular basis - friendly, fast, great workmanship and quality. 10/10 would would break my couch again just to have it made fabulous by this team

Superb experience from first contact. Damien really HEARD me and went out of his way to source the fabric i was imagining. He got my style and colors right first time . Craftsmanship was excellent but customer service was next level. Job done in record time. He can give classes in how to treat customers! It was a genuine pleasure with perfect results that were surprisingly affordable.
