Supposed Manager shouted at my 8 year old daughter, pointed fingers at her and blamed her for keeping them so long at the store in front of other customers because she made a mistake and put all the widgets back into the pile which I took to return. And he complained to other customers about my daughter in his language. Pathetic service. Disgusted with his reaction. My daughter was in shock and was so sad. He should get fired.

My experience today was absolutely disappointing and disgusting. The staff was the worst that I ever came across. With the ques in the store, they were utterly rude, the ladies were telling the customers, nonsense. I asked the guy who was at the till, why are they so rude to the customers, he told me that they will not put up with customers that complain, wow please teach your staff to have peoples skills

Great service, very comfortable shoes for the whole family ... But hey accessories don't go there with your child, especially a girl child ‍ you'll leave the store with empty pockets

Has fewer shoe designs than expected and most of the shoe designs are simple. The size range is also limited.

Lovely store a bit small,friendly staff. Love the new jibbitz, previously the same store I visited in Nov/ December & the ladies staff were very unhelpful & rude. The male staff are much more friendlier.

Pretty is a machine. She is super friendly and very helpful. She helped get me a pair of shoes from Fourways the same day. Absolutely impressed and grateful

Only one person assisting in the store on a Saturday! Poor guy was working at the till as well as assisting customers on the floor - he didn't cope. The variety was also very limited - not a great experience overall.

Please put prices on the items. It is most frustrating. Nothing is marked.
