I am speechless. Yesterday we had the chance of a private dinner at Nicky‘s house. She has travelled the world as a chef, worked for famous music artists and is now creating intimate food experiences at her home. She knows everything about local plants, herbs and other mind-blowing secrets Mother Nature has to offer. She works only with local people, farmer shops and ingredients from her own garden. This evening was by far the most inspiring, impactful and delicious experience ever. This again showed me how precious life and nature is.
