Crystal Showers

We had 4 showers installed by Crystal showers, within 24 hours of the installation the first shower exploded . We have now experienced a second shower exploding causing harm to family members. Crystal Showers have refused to repair the glass stating that glass has no warranty. We are now in a legal dispute with Crystal Showers.

Very bad workmanship and service , we had 2 different shower glass panels explode causing injuries to family members. We are now involved in a legal dispute with Crystal Showers.

It all started of well with a friendly helpful service up until the date of installation where it was an absolute downhill from there. We had our shower installed in October and 3 months down the line we still have an incomplete shower with continuous issues. After phoning and speaking to the manager and ceo they come back with the incorrect glass. Its been an endless nightmare and i do not recommend them for if you interested in framless showers.

Started off well, then was plagued by one disaster after the other. Elzet one of their reps came to mesure and said I would have the shower completed by december 2017. It is now the end of march 2018 and im still struggling with incompetente from the first panel of glass being cut wrong to waiting 3 months for them to get the new one and install it. One pannel supposedly also broke on route to instillastion. Probably just another bad excuse. Incompetence on a professional level. Even had to buy new u channels myself as the old ones got dirty in the 3 month wait. Highly dissatisfied. Gilbert and his team were good at the instillation but still not worth the inconvenience and rediculous long wait.

Absolutely shocking service will definitely not use them again or refer them to anyone... Firstly they come and install with half the things... Glass is cut incorrectly yet they install and say will come back and replace yet 6 weeks later no response... They don't call to tell you they are coming just pitch up and say they thought they called.... Logos are not uniform at all 2 are on the outside on the left hand side the other 2 on the inside on the right hand side obviously indicating glass is upside down but they refuse to correct came to install with no handle as dn't have sto k... One corner panel put a ss a ey didn't have a clear glass aund said will come and change.. For 3 days can't use shower waiting for silicone to dry... Now again have to wait 3 days for silicone to Fri and can't use t

I will never recommend them. They didn't complete the installation as agreed.

Its up to standard they have frameless showers and they also install them with the reasonable prices
