Absolutely the worse place to study at. I have been here 3 years and it has been quite the experiencenot in a good way. I have spent hundreds of thousands at this institution and they still have HORRIBLE Wi-Fi speeds, have no plan for loadshedding and there is a massive language barrier amongst the students and lecturers... I would suggest staying far away from this institution and spend your money else where... On top of all this, they want more students to join but do not have enough parking space for all the students... Absolutely disgusted..
What a waste of money, I really wish I knew everything wrong with this place before going, but they sugar coat everything to make it look good obviously, I feel like I have wasted 3 years of my life, totally unhappy with the so called service they offer, in my opinion they all are useless, if you ask them something so simple they wont even be able to help you because they either don't read their emails or they just plain ignore you. please don't waste your money here go somewhere better. I regret coming here.
I can hands down say this place made me depressed. These people know nothing about running a college/business. It also honestly feels like they don't care about you at all, it shows in their work too. They can't even answer the most simplest thing. I am so disappointed with CTU. They will treat you like royalty until you sign their contract then you will be treated like a peasant or worse, these people really can't do their job, they also hire the worst and most lazy lecturers ever. Don't enlist here it will be your worst mistake ever, go anywhere but here.
Studied there is 2017. To date still waiting for my official certificate. I phone in at least once a month for 5 years now and there is always excuses or empty promises. Higly recommend staying away from CTU, they are quick to charge you thousands but once they have the money you are nothing to them.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I'm a final year student in AI and Machine Learning. For this year it cost me R90k and I feel it is a waste of money. We were told "It does not make financially sense to appoint a lecture for 20 students". A week after a battle with management we were promised a lecturer at the start of the following week. NO LECTURER IN SIGHT because "she has not signed the contract yet". We do not receive access to modules, we are told we will by the end of the day receive access to our modules, still nothing after 2 weeks. Communication is absolutely poor at CTU!! I myself and my fellow students are not happy. Fuel is expensive, yet we have to come into campus with the worst wifi just to sit in an online class that can be joined at home.
All I can say is.... This place is useless. What a waste of money, these people are absolutely pathetic. Don't waste your money and come here, go somewhere else. Working at KFC is better.
It is a secured, friendly, amazing place for you to study. New class for Tourism and Hospitality is very wonderful class with charming facilitator. Student activities are usually held to connect student in campus. It will changes your mind about college's time as well as mine. This is my good choice to be here.
This is the best campus !! I love the personal connection that members have with each other and I feel so welcome as a student. I started my studies here at CTU at the beginning of the year and it has been such an amazing journey so far with a lot of opportunities, business and social related. I really appreciate the quality of the studies that offer and I'm very excited to continue my studies here at CTU Pretoria!
