I was there a few months ago, experienced such peace and calm in the store that I walked out there feeling quite relaxed and safe.

Service is regretfully pretty weak lately. Staff act more like Security Guards watching your every move than Customer Service Agents. Now more than ever the in-store experience needs to be exceptional; one needs to outshine not be average or below average. Who and what are you representing?
