I was bit by the “icing-bug” and simply enjoy cake decorating and sugar art. Cup & Cake was born of this passion, allowing me to create cup cakes and cakes for anyone who wants something extra sweet and special. I love modeling & always welcome a new challenge! I believe it is the finer details that make my cakes the real gift of love that you buy from me.
My promise to you is a cake creation that I am proud to let you buy and enjoy. Using tried and tested recipes. all the cakes are baked from scratch, so rest assured that no premixes are used. I prefer to stick to the basics, of chocolate and vanilla cake bases, with fruitcake base for Christmas.
The types of icing, from which you can choose, are butter-cream icing, sugar-paste, rolled butter-cream, royal icing, chocolate & fondant.
