Very rude lady. Kept calling me "girlie". We ordered the previous day and thought it would arrive the morning. It did not. I had a meeting the afternoon and when I tried to arrange delivery for later, she started to yell at me. Did not give me chance to speak and continued to talk down to me and calling me girlie. Eventually I hung up. She spammed me. Would not recommend.
What an absolute star! Cynthia moved mountains to get a late order out for delivery today and made the recipient cry with joy for the beautiful hamper and flowers! The quality and service from Cynthia is exceptional and I am grateful there are still businesses out there who go the extra mile for customers. I would like to thank Cynthia for her excellent service!!! I phoned her from Cape Town and asked her if she could deliver a pamper basket to my daughter for her Birthday as this is her 1st birthday away from home.I made an EFT and mentioned that my daughter liked pink Lindt chocolates. My daughter was over the moon when she received her gift basket including all of her favorite things. Pink roses, pink chocolates and other pink gifts!!!! Thank you soooooo much for making our daughter's day special!!! You delivered on time!!!! Awesom service!!!!!!
Cynthia's Park Florist assisted us on very short notice and delivered our order within an hour of confirmation. They really captured our brief very well and the bouquet really exceeded our expectations. I can definitely recommend them and will use them again in the future! Thank you for helping us spoil someone special in our lives!
They can't even be bothered to answer their phones About an hour later.....got a huge mouthful from them about my review. The customer experience continues...........
Deserves 0 stars, very rude unhelpful lady. I arranged a flower delivery for mother's day in advance with all the CORRECT details. They delivered to the wrong address and then she was very rude and insisted that we were wrong even though on their delivery note the correct address was also put. Quality of the flowers were terrible and again she refuses to acknowledge that she was incorrect, lying to my mother's face. As someone living abroad I really wanted to do something special for my mother, but Cynthia's reuined this for me.
