Prices as shown on quotes are valid for 2 weeks only from date of issue. I require a 50% deposit, at least 6 weeks before delivery that is NOT REFUNDABLE if cancellation is made 3 weeks or less before delivery. The outstanding balance has to be paid in the day before delivery for delivery to be made.
NO CHEQUE DEPOSITS ACCEPTED!! IF A CASH DEPOSIT IS MADE THE BANKING COSTS HAS TO BE PAID BY YOU AS WELL!! A delivery cost is charged if delivery has to be done, this is worked out according to current petrol prices & distance.
PLEASE NOTE: if product is accepted on pick-up without any grievances the responsibility is no longer mine & should anything happen after that, NO FUNDS can be REFUNDED!!
Any grievances that occur after delivery, NEEDS to be REPORTED in WRITING within 7 DAYS after delivery to be considered for any method of compensation. Grievance letter has to be supported by VALID proof of points raised in grievance letter, to be taken into consideration!!
PLEASE NOTE: Refunds can only be considered if the product is returned in 100% the condition it was delivered in!!! This in no way suggests that a refund is guaranteed!! All factors for returning product will be taken into consideration & cost to supply product will be deducted before refund is considered!!
