Unprofessional and unreliable. They just can't keep their promises. In my opinion they bite more than they can chew. How can a customer wait three months for a mere bumper?, just to cite one example
18 February 2022 Worst service under the sun and HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND them. They had my car since December and today its the18th of February and NO WORK is done on repairing my car. They do not even have the decency to update on the car if any issue rises or something allowing them not to start with the job. You have to constantly call them for update and every time it is new excuses on why they have not started with the car. No car for almost 3 months : UPDATE 20 May 2022 Can you believe that the car is yet not fixed properly after FULL 6 MONTHS.I will definitely report this service to my insurance, we have been nothing but very patient with this KAK service. A very disgusting service. I think they must just close down because clearly they are incapable. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICE NO MATTER HOW DESPERATE YOU CAN BE, HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND.
Friendly staff, excellent job in panelbeating and spraying but they take too long since they complain about parts supply and they don't inform owners of the vehicles about anything.
