Purchased a lounge suite 31/10/2022 paid in full R69500. On our way home got message sales lady forgot factory closed for orders but we will get order mid/end Jan. January came and gone then she apologized she made a mistake we will get it mid /end Feb. At last got the lounge 3 March 2023 22 March 2023 stitching came loose , I messaged sales lady , she said she wil send complaint to supplier to come fix. Further regrets supplier full of excuses. I guess another few months waiting to get it fixed is the way they operate. Never again. Worst purchase of my life.

Great customer service, purchased a corner suite and it was delivered within a decent time frame. Will definitely recommend.

We've walked through every mall, from east to west and they combined did not have 10% of the options Danie du Toit offered. Really terrible service. Out of all the staff working there, it appears that only one lady is competent to help customers, and everyone needs to wait for her while the rest of the staff just hangs around in the store. Store has a very limited selection of La Z Boy couches and do not have the couches advertised on their website. Definitely not worth the drive.

We bought our couches a few years ago and all great till you have a problem then very little to no back up at all. Have been trying for 4 months now to get them to send someone just to come and look at the broken couch but always a excuse of some sorts or you get a name and number to phone of someone that must help but they don’t really want to help. Very in fortunate as it was not cheap and supposed to have a life time guarantee. Be aware as long as nothing breaks else zero support.

The sales person tried to bump up the prices from what is advertised on the website, making it seem as though he is willing to give us a discount on the products. He was very friendly and helpful, but unfortunately it seems like they think their customers are dumb.

Excellent staff know their furniture go above and beyond to be of service. Thank you well out of my way but well worth the travel.
