Dargle Dale Kennels

Dargle Dales took excellent care of our dogs over a long period of time. We were notified about any concerns and they had a very comfortable stay. We know we can rely on these caring people and have no doubt that we will continue to recommend them to anyone

I had only rated the kennel with one star initially, but since the social media handler of the kennel just blatantly lied and commented that they have never had my pet at the kennel and therefore my review is fake - I have added this comment to say that my pet was with them 2 weeks ago for two days and is still traumatized and recovering and it's very upsetting, and I witnessed the same behavior from three other pets being fetched at the kennel too. I would not recommend this kennel if you love your pet. As another reviewer suggested, they should also look at helping their receptionist improve their behaviour towards customers when welcoming them. I have never given a fake review on Google Maps and the reviews on my profile speak for themselves. I only give reviews to help the next person have a better understanding of all the places I visit or use, as this also helps me when I see others' reviews. Reviews from customers should be taken as a way to improve one's business by the business owner, replying to my one star review with, "we have never had this person's pet and so it must be a fake review", says to me as a customer - 'I am hiding something or I don't want to receive criticism' - because if I had given a 5 star review you would not have replied that my review was fake, which also screams 'defensive'. A better response would have been for example, "Dear Ms Ndlela, we apologize to learn that you were not happy with our service, how can we improve?".

I was really depressed leaving my angel at any kennels. Visiting my family in Pmb is tough because they have a pitbull that doesnt get on with my Maximus forcing us to leave him at a resort. Jim & Liz have been great in comms and making us feel better and awesome with the visitation frequency that we can keep to keep our baby a little happy in seeing our faces. Took my very large and furry berners for grooming. They came back so fluffy I could hardly fit them in the car! Excellent care, dogs enjoyed their grooming session. Highly recommend, super staff and lovely friendly atmosphere.

Warm welcome by the front office lady on inquiring if we could leave our 2 Bosties with them for a week. I believe our pets were well looked after. The kennels were very nice and the gardens neat.

They took good care of our dogs for the three weeks that they were in the kennels.

Fantastic groomers for doggos. The kennels are clean and in good condition. A definite for your pets to stay or be groomed. Newly groomed.

My dogs used to fly out of the car to go visit their friends and get pampered. Great place with an owner who really cares about animals.

Very caring staff. Our dogs well looked after and were cosy with a heater in cold weather. Definitely going back
