Went in to get a price. Was told by the lady at the counter that it was R850 for a trim. Walked out because that's pricey. Posted my experience on a Sunninghill group chat after another woman was looking for a hair salon in the area. I just stated that this was the price I was told, thereafter I was basically "online attacked" by 2 staff members 1 may have been the manager. They stated that I was lying and that their pricing is well below R850.00 which is true. So I'm not sure why I was specifically told it was R850 for a trim but this is not something people in general or I would just lie about. Based on the online encounter I would never ever set foot into that Salon even if it was free, just because of the way they handled that situation. I remained calm and stated that this was what I was told and if it was cheaper I would definitely have booked and not walked out. They could have apologised and stated that this was a mistake and I should come through again etc. Instead I was bashed. I found another Salon nearby who is more affordable, friendlier and just overall great.

I found David Shannon Hairdressing after my long term hairdresser emigrated. All I say is that Zwai is amazing - he really listens to what you want, his cut and colour are amazing. We now have 3 generations getting their hair done here with him - me, my mother and mother-in-law and my kids. Couldn’t recommend more highly!Services: Hairstyling

First time getting a balayage done and Anzel dit an excellent job!!! Heard if so many people disappointed by their hairdresser not getting it right. Let me tell you, not disappointed this time.

Can't say I had the best experience at the hair salon on Monday 30th December 2019.... The lady washing hair was so grumpy and not friendly at all! As if she was doing me a favour by washing my hair. Then the real disappointment came in when the hairstylist cut my hair. I asked for a simple shoulder length bob. I honestly don't know what style she did!!!! I'm afraid that it's so terrible I have to wait for my hair to grow out a bit so that I can go to someone else to fix this mess. Definitely did not walk out feeling beautiful!
