Bad Customer Service I got there a minute before their closing time and they were still by the door. The elderly lady couldn't careless what I wanted, I asked if they closing and she like " no we not closing we closed in a rude way while the guy locked up " . If you are customer centric am sure a minute wouldn't hurt to find out what I needed and maybe try to help. Baking is a happy place , we shouldn't be buying accessories from such people.

Horrific customer service - called in and spoke to a very impolite man to get pricing on a few items because their website has no pricing. He was just rude. Won't even bother going there, definitely not worth the drive if the phone call was already on a negative scale rating.
Owners are friendly and helpful. They are able to print on rice paper. There are so many cake ornaments to choose from.
Great place to shop all kind of baking items.
Customer service is terrible barring the kind young gentleman behind the counter Lady on the floor is rude and totally unhelpful - such a shame as it doesn't take much to be kind, helpful and perhaps deliver service with a smile
This baking supply shop is fabulous and our bakery and school buy from them regularly. I highly recommend this for your baking and packaging needs.
I do agree with other customers about that lady, not sure if she’s the supervisor, but she isn’t good for the place. I would give the shop 5 stars based on the way the cake printing guy helps customers…but the lady and the old guy…nah. If the shop wants to retain clients, they need friendlier staff like guy that prints.
Terrible telephone ethics! The man on the other end needs serious customer service training
Tried this place for the first time for some supplies for baking for my son's school....my goodness the moment I walked in the lady was so arrogant then my 2 year old mistakenly dropped a PLASTIC container and all hell broke loose. She thought she could just tell me off and I let her have it in front of everyone. She needs to be moved out some where very far in the back and deal with invoices and paper work not near customers. The only saving grace was Tony, he profusely apologized and admitted she was a problem. Don't play with my kid lady... ever!!!!! Anyways lots of baking supplies not sure if you want that with a side of arrogance.
