Dawn Travels arranged our family Umrah trip which included booking flights for a group of 13 people from/to various domestic & international destinations, Umrah E-Visa processing, private airport pick up/drop off services, 5-star hotel accommodations, private sightseeing tours in both Madinah & Mecca, and an “english speaking” Imam/Umrah guide.  Our travel agent, Karim was extremely patient as he assisted me assessing our family’s needs & preferences, all while working within our budget - ensuring that our Umrah experience would be comfortable & unforgettable. Throughout the entire trip, I never felt “alone”.  Br Waqar checked up on our group via text. I must say that everything from arriving in Madinah to departing from Jeddah- went very smoothly & the services were quiet IMPRESSIVE. We will definitely be “regular“ clients for all our future Umrah/Hajj travels.

We came across Dawn Travels when we were desperately searching for other options as all the other major Umrah travel agencies were either booked or very expensive. With the blessings of Allah we got in contact with the agent  Faizan Maqsood, who was very patient, accommodating and easy to reach out, he trailered a trip to meet my family's needs. There was transparency about what to expect and we received the updates in a timely manner. He checked on us the day of the trip and reached out when our connection flight time in Istanbul had changed. I liked how we were provided with local contacts in Makkah, Madinah and Istanbul. And the fact that we receive all the services that we were promised. I've been to Umrah and Hajj 3 times over the last 5 years with different agencies, I will definitely use Dawn Travels for my next trip.

We had a remarkable experience with Dawn Travels. We worked with Karim who was responsive to all inquiries in a timely manner and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end. The whole process of visa approvals, flights, itinerary, hotel, Umrah info/guidelines, pick up/drop off at various locations, each aspect of the trip was orchestrated with professionalism and timeliness.
