Neat, newish, well stocked. Very popular in the area. Lovely upgrade from previous store and location. Not a lot of parking, but can park off the street as well. Old name in the electrical game.

Poor customer service was not impressed at all. we brought a light worth R1500 and the guy didn't even bother to put it in the box. And assistant was not available had to walk and fetch them inorder to get help.

Visited this store for the first time last week, I was blown away by the level of importance bestowed on the customer. The staff are friendly, patient, extremely knowledgeable and polite. Huge chain stores could learn a lot from this humble business
