I went in for a hair cut wash and blow dry, i had confirmed the price prior to coming and was charged double the amount. The excuse i was given was as i had asked for curls. but before she started the treatment i had asked her if it would cost extra to what she quoted and she said no! But when it came to payment she charged double the amount and argued to say it was for extra treatment i had no other treatment!! The worst blow dry treatment ever received this is the first place or first time I’ve had a treatment in a salon but definitely the worst treatment!!! Please save your money and go else where this lady will literally rob you and charge you however much she can.Service: Hairstyling

I went here on last minute call. I saw a Groupon deal which she couldn't do shellac as one of the girls were not well. The lady who did my nails were lovely but charged 10 to. Remove my shellac and she barely did any good job with pedicure it was so fast she didn't even scrub or massage. Nail vanish was badly applied and she missed half of it very unprofessional. Their card machine didn't work and I had to get cash out too. Water was leaking from the ceiling near the electrical cables. Absolutely terrible place. She was nice but that's about it. She wasn't good at nails. Eye brows were okay nothing amazing. Would. NEVER GP BACK

I went in today to get my full face threaded, I reiterated 3 times to the lady to only wax my sideburns and upper lip as the rest of my face is sensitive, she didn't seem to listen hence my repeating myself. When I closed my eyes and sunk into the chair she actually overheated the wax and waxed my whole face burning it. I also asked her to thread my eyebrows naturally instead she did whatever she felt like and made them ultra thin. I was in such a hurry to go to my meet-up I brushed it off as just a very quick breakout and paid. But because of how badly they've burnt my sensitive skin with the wax I can't sleep. It is really painful. I've had to take antibiotics and sooth it with ice. This is the second time I have gone out of convenience of it being local and they have failed to follow my instructions as a customer. I know my skin so the lady claiming wax leaves skin smooth and clean was very ignorant. She cheekily threaded over my face after waxing and she was too lazy to actually thread my whole face seeing waxing and convenient for her. They are dealing with people's face and the impact on the skin afterwards so I'm furious. I will now have scars that will never go away. This is a disgustingly bad salon with poor customer service. The place was also really shabby and unclean. They are overcharging for services in the dirty place with the reckless staff. DO NOT GO.

1 star is probably too generous for this salon as it's a bit of a joke really! I found a deal on groupon for £12 shellac pedicure and called ahead to see if I could get a last minute appointment. They told me not to buy the voucher online, but to pay the £12 in cash directly to them, which is pretty standard practice as I know groupon take quite a large percentage. On arrival, they were surprised that I already had shellac on my toes this has never been a problem elsewhere and said I'd have to pay £7 to remove it. Reluctantly I agreed, even though this meant I was only really making a £3 saving as oppose to £10 in comparison to my regular salon. The lady doing my pedicure Lee was lovely, but each time I picked a colour, she told me to choose a different one, as the salon have really old gel polishes and she knew they wouldn't work. The selection wasn't great no more than about 20 shades to chose from and eventually I settled on a colour. The gel just wouldn't adhere to my nails, so she made me chose a different shade. This happened 3 times and by this time, 2 hours had gone by - wat a waste of time! Eventually, she was really annoyed too because she said she can't do her job properly if the tools she's provided are rubbish. She told me to just pay the £7 for removal of the polish and I left with half a pedicure! The salon is chaotic, disorganised and unprofessional - I doubt their tools are even sanitised properly to be honest. Definitely avoid!

I always go here for my eyebrows and facial waxing and they're always brilliant, always do a great job and are always friendly and welcoming. Been going here since they opened and I won't let anyone else touch my eyebrows! I'd definitely recommend this salon, and their prices are very reasonable. :
