Incorrect trading times Response to Owner Please check times on your doors as this indicated otherwise and when I was there this morning there was no staff member at the door and the door was open slightly but not fully. If your trading times are 07:30 replace the times on the door. You lost a sale and I went to Herholdt's. I even called Herholdt's then to see if they were open at 07:30 as advertised and they were so went and bought there.

Great service, wide range of products. Alternative battery up systems available. Good range of solar.
Was ignored when waiting to pay. 4 people behind the counter not one acknowledged my presence. Then the teller was unfriendly and felt I was a thorn in his side. When the phone ran the other teller completely ignored the elderly gentleman when asked to answer and had to do so himself. Seems to be dealing with 2 staff with serious attitude problems.
I am very happy. Mhloli if I remember his name correctly was standing infront by the door. He was so kind to me and helped me so nicely. Thank u brother for your good service
Help is great but system is very slow to ring up your goods and pay.
Two years down the line and our solar system bought from ACDC is still not working properly. Finally, one of the batteries was sent to their technical department. It has been there more than a month and there has been no feedback. This is poor after service.
Very good priced items and love the fact that they are open to giving discounts effortlessly. Staff is superb and friendly. Definitely worth it.
Highly recommend for your electrical needs. Friendly staff willing to assist and if they don't stock something, they will try and source it for you.
