I was contacted by Renata from De Villiers Mojapelo a week ago to advise me that my account was handed over by FNB to them. I then advised her to call my administrator as they handle everything, but that I would like to have a copy of the account from her. She said it would take a while for me to get it as they have to get it from FNB. I am still waiting and I then got a sms from them yesterday to ask me to contact them as my account was handed over. Renata had all kinds of excuses as to why I received a sms from them when I asked as to why I got the sms if I gave her all the details the first day she phoned me and she told me the power went off, the manager went on leave, etc. Renata really has a stinking attitude and no sense of how to deal with customers and on two occasions told me she would put me through to her manager as she did not send the sms out he did and then I was cut off. When I phoned back she told me that I said good bye. I told her that apparently not only does she have a lousy attitude but she also does not know how to transfer a call and asked her again to speak to her manager and I was cut off again.

Dialed the only number that is displayed on google and it says 'this number is not in use' no contact details or email address on website either
